Been quite a while since I posted one of these – but after burning through a lot of words, I'm looking for some recommendations on what to pick up next! I feel like I've read a lot of the really common suggestions so I really appreciate all the help I can get!!
Some requirements:
Doesn't have to be tried and true straight "fantasy". I enjoy grimdark and litrpg and have been on a progression fantasy kick lately due to the length.
The longer the better. I read fast. Short trilogies aren't my thing unless the author has multiple trilogies or a full encompassing series.
Only finished series.
I'm meh on high fantasy. Also not a fan of the wheel of time series.
Not a big fan of industrial/futuristic. Exceptions being Red Rising, Powder Mage, Enders Game.
Recent favorites: The Wandering Inn (probably my absolute favorite read ever). Cradle by Will Wright. Red Rising. Practical Guide to Evil. Mage Errant.
