Looking for 2 types of books. Mystery/thriller and then a book like Lost or From

Hey so I’m really craving a few books. One for the vibe of mystery thriller with good plot twist. Like The Silent Patient.

The other book I’m looking for something like the tv shows From or Lost ect. Where they are stuck it’s a mystery of why might have supernatural elements. If possible?
