There's Sexual Need by Jon Mack on Kindle, which has an author's note saying traditional publishers would never publish this book without watering it down, the digital format breaks the shackles.
What other books break the shackles? There is a lot of digitally published sexual fiction but mostly they read as if still shackled.
(The reason I'm interested is that the treatment of sex in fiction is an area of great public interest but very under-researched, I'm applying for an academic grant on this.)
