Looking for some recommendations on books I should read. Trying to get back into to my reading. I’ve got a two year old and recently lost my mother so reading has taken a back step. The past year or so I’ve read.
• The Secret History – Donna Tartt ( I enjoyed the read, although I did feel this read was above me)
I also started the Goldfinch by Donna Tartt but shelved it for the time being.
• Butter – Asako Yuzuki ( it was a slog to get through. Although I did love the food descriptions)
• The Wedding People – Alison Espach ( l really enjoyed this read was easy and fun and I loved the dynamic between Phoebe and Lila)
