Bonus if it's awe at your insignificance in an indifferent incomprehensible universe. If you can't find a book with an indifferent universe, I'll also take malevolent.

I suppose Piranesi and The Library of Babel also fit here, although they lean more towards wonder. Awe should not be mistaken with wonder without terror. So, Invisible Cities do not fit, regardless of how much I like it.

Some stuff that inspires awe in me: the insignificance of the human condition, the monstrous size of the uncaring universe/multiverse, the limit of human intellect and perception, the concept of existential dread (which I find releasing rather than dreadful), qualia and how different and incomprehensible alien life could actually be, size and scope, the grander the more awe-inspiring.
