Only thing is that I dont want any gore, grotesque, or visceral horror. I need like, something light. I mainly read essay collections, and really into Greek mythology (which is full of A LOT, but much I can handle)
Given my personal taste, I'm interested to know if there's horror that's lyrical, poetic, mythical, or a book of essays about horror. Even horror with a twist, like a comedic horror, a philosophical spin on the genre, or even a book about the beauty of horror, maybe even the horror of beauty, if that's even a thing 🤣
Appreciate your recommendations!
