Books for how to recognize and deal with abusive managers/toxic work environments. like the gift of fear or why does he do that but for jobs

gf recently got out of a toxic work situation. so we are looking for books that help identify when a manager/office is toxic/harmful and what to do about it/de-escalate if you can't immediately quit.
