ive been mostly reading romantasy for a while, but the problem with this genre is that it gets to a point it’s the same slop over and over and it’s no longer enjoyable. so that’s where i’m at, and since then i’ve been trying to read different things to get me back into reading.
at the moment i’m reading song of achilles and i have to say im really enjoying it so far. my all time favourite book is flowers for algernon. i really want to/tried to get into the classics but they’re so boring to me! and it’s almost like a new language, i have no clue what they’re talking about half the time.
honestly idk what i even enjoy, i just either like a book or i don’t so im open to suggestions. i just want to read a story that makes me feel something and i can’t put the book down. i miss that feeling of being excited to go home so you can finally read your book!
