    Hey all.

I’ve just purchased a Kindle as I’m hoping that will reinvigorate my love of reading.

I’m struggling a bit with reading the book print and as I tend to read at night the light is quite low level.

That aside…I’m after a kick starter book/s I can really climb into and immerse myself in someone else’s world.

I’m having a bit of a low period mood wise (not quite depression and I’m exercising like hell to balance out) so something that explores the entails and tribulations of life (and relationships) would be ideal.

The last book I read (2 years ago!!) was VOX which I really enjoyed and was short enough to ease me in.

Authors wise I love Paul Auster (maybe I should dig some of his stuff out I haven’t read?), Jonathan Franzen (just realised I was only half way though Freedom but loved it), Haruki Murakami, David Mitchell, Richard Ford.

Quite like the North American set novels (hence Paul Auster) as it adds to that transportation element.

    Thanks!
