A group of intelligent people trying to find something

I love stories like Warehouse 13, The Librarians, Tomb Raider, Indiana Jones, The Fargo Adventures, Control (video game) – stories where people are trying to track down some object due to its purported abilities or extreme historical value. It can be fantastical in nature or more archaeological (or both!) but I’m itching for a story where some people (or it could be a singular person) is in search of some object that involves an element of danger. Danger coming from the object itself or from others trying to obtain it. Any suggestions? Thanks!
