Like stories focused on a small spaceship crew doin whatever and somehow get wrapped up in this mystery. Took a smuggling shipment they shouldn't have.
Or following a trade caravan in a post post apocalyptic world. As in, far enough in the future that trade caravans would be a thing after the wars/natural disaster/apocalypse cause has settled.
A lone survivor on a boat thinking they are all thats left in a mostly flooded world.
A group surviving on a cut-off space station thats mostly self-sufficient if they don't mess things up for themselves.
A loner (or at least initially) who roams around in some giant tank/truck/mobile-base hybrid.
.
Some sort of setting along those sorts of lines.
Im terrible at remembering names and most of the similar stories ive read were half finished and abandoned web novels anyway but I know ive read sooome stuff like this so hopefully someone has some solid recommendations to offer =)
