Books similar to “Never Let Me Go” & “I Who Have Never Known Men”

I find that these two books are quite similar despite stark differences. I just love books that are sci fi but in a way that it seems eerily possible to happen right now.

Also love books that follow the narrators life from beginning to end, so to speak
