As the title said, I just finished watching Crime 101. Okish movie, Heat it is not, even tho i feel like it tries to be a little bit. Anyway that's beside the point, it made me realize I haven't read any heist novels and I also realized I don't have any on my TBR either. Decided to come see if anyone had any good recommendations. Come across a lot of booktok recs on my feed but can't take of any heist ones. I enjoy movies like Heat, The Italian Job or The Inside Man. If you've got something with a really good twist, even better. Recently finished the first Red Rising Trilogy, Project Hail Mary and about to start There Is No Antimemetics Division.

You have to give Gentlemen bastards trilogy a read. That might be what you’re looking for.
Mistborn book 1 is also centered around heist but it evolves into more as you reach book 2 and 3. But it’s a good read.
