I've enjoyed books by authors like Clive Barker (Avatar)/ H.P. Lovecraft (necronomicon)/ Neil Gaiman (Coraline) and now I feel like Ive read all the good one and there is nothing left to get into. What am I missing where can I look to find some top tier horror?

If you like that mix of weird + unsettling, you might like Annihilation if you haven’t already. It’s quieter but sticks with you.
House of Leaves is the obvious one too if you somehow skipped it.
Joe Hill has some creepy books,NOS4A2 had some moments where it made mt tummy hurt lol
