I’m just getting back into reading again after probably 10 years of playing games and watching endless tv. My attention span is shot but since I got back I’ve learned a good book will keep it and reading is helping me fix that. I’ve picked up a few based on personal interests and things I want to learn like Michio Kaku books and books from Homer and Dante. I recently just finished The Road by Cormac McCarthy. What are substantial books that you all think would really hit hard for a personal library? Hopefully this isn’t a weird post and throws anyone for a loop as I don’t know what I’m talking about with these but I want to get back into this reading world.
Also a little edit to this. I really prefer books available in hardcover. I prefer how they feel and look but if a book isn’t available as such and is a must read I will still pick it up gladly
