I broke up with my partner because the relationship was not going great (I believe im the tox ic one and I need growth and healing before I get into a relationship) I need a psychological break up book that would help me heal safely and properly without detaching from my emotions
I’m worried and scared because I cant feel anything (coping detachment).
Please help in suggesting books for self improvement and broken heart healing.
