I considered Atomic Habits, but I’m not looking for something too “systemic”. I’m very hard on myself, so I want something more motivational, that targets how I approach life itself. Something that teaches me to feel proud of every tiny step I take, as small as it may be, and not a “how to” guide of how to follow to do lists (maybe I’m underestimating Atomic Habits, but idk).
