Grim books that make you want to wash yourself off mentally

Hello everyone, could you suggest some really disturbing books told from the perspective of a truly horrible person? Bonus points if the narrator is deeply unreliable with sociopathic/psychopathic tendencies and you have to slowly figure out what’s actually true and what’s just their version of reality until the very end of the book
