I'm 158 pages in. I'm really struggling with the "relationship" between Harry (a grown man in his 30s) and Nola (a 15 year old child). Tell me that this is properly addressed somewhere, and that at this stage I just need to roll with it 🤢 as all will become clear.
Side note: Marcus, the main character, is a total dick.

Read in back in November, gave it 3 stars on GoodReads. By the end of the story, I hadn’t turned around and suddenly found the main character or Harry were actually likeable good dudes.
It is NOT a good book and the relationship is NOT gonna be addressed in a tasteful way.
