I've been rereading PHM due to the movie and realized the part I love most is the part where Stratt is working on the logistics of creating the Hail Mary and i want more books that focus on the logistics of doing some crazy task. Here are some others books that I'd considered "logistics porn" that I've read and loved
-Project Hail Mary and the Martian (obviously)
– World War Z
– Fantasicland (especially the parts about building the parks where they are getting everyone out of the parks)
– To some extent the later dungeon crawler carl and murderbot books
Hopefully someone gets my meaning of logistics porn! I'm open to fiction and nonfiction!

You might enjoy D-Day, June 6, 1944: The Climactic Battle of World War II, by Stephen Ambrose. He really digs into what it took to stage the invasion.
The Machineries of Empire by Yoon Ha Lee gets into this, moreso in the books after book 1.
It’s a bit different, but also maybe the Imperial Radch series by Ann Leckie. There are different aspects of it that play into logistical porn, though the protagonist isn’t always on the side doing it. One of my favorite portrayals of how a massive space empire might actually administrate itself.
