Hi I’m looking for a horror book so spooky I have to look over my shoulder while I read it. I want sleep paralysis, haunted houses, spooky woods, creepy crawlies, cults, haunted dolls etc.

Pretty much what the title says. I don’t want anything the revolves around kids, looking for main characters to be adults.
