haven’t read a book in ages – need a recommendation

hi!

i haven't read a book in almost 3 years until yesterday, when i finished 'the song of achilles' for the 2nd time. i need some recommendations of books that will RUIN me. i love sad things, i love to cry, i love to feel the pain but i also like when there's a 'happy' ending like in 'the song of achilles'.

so what i'm looking for in a book:

– something heartbreaking

– maybe with happy ending but doesn't need to be

– preferably a lgbtq+ theme as im a part of this community

– lenght doesn't matter, author doesn't matter unless they're problematic
