I’ve never truly known grief until losing my mother. The past few months have been incredibly difficult, from caring for her to eventually losing her.
Grief is a strange feeling.. It’s quiet yet finds a way to coexist even with moments of joy. Does this sadness stay within us forever?
Would appreciate any book recommendation you may have that can allow me to feel through this tough time.
