So I'm looking for some books with the trope that I described in the title. I tried looking for what I'm looking for in other threads, but didn't quite find exactly what I want.
I'm looking for books where the FMC had a huge crush on the MMC in teenage, used to steal glances at him and would go out of her way to just get a glimpse of him because that made her day. They weren't at the same school, but shared a tuition class (or something on those lines), had the same way back home because they lived close by (or something on those lines). He would also notice her stealing glances at him and smile back shyly (maybe he knows she has a crush on him!) She thinks at the time, that he's just trying to be polite by smiling back, but doesn't really like her back. Why the hell can't she muster up courage to just say "hi"? Every time she sees him, she gets so nervous, no words come out of her mouth and she just runs away, leaving him smiling and blushing in her wake.
Life goes on and the crush remains unrequited but she never forgets how she felt for him. Cut to later in life, they've gone their own ways, and years later they coincidentally meet at some coffee shop (or something on those lines), they start talking (yessss, she finally has the confidence to talk to him!) and he confesses that he also had a crush on her, AT THE SAME TIME she had a crush on him, he knew she liked him, but just like her, he couldn't muster up the courage to talk to her too. It's possible she's now married or in a committed relationship or even single.
I know it's highly specific and it's possibly not written in any books, but let's just say I'm trying to relive my teenage (and first crush) through this book 📖📚❤️
If there IS a book **exactly** like this, I would love nothing more 🥰❤️ but if there's something slightly different, I'm open to read that too. I prefer M/F romance and a HEA.
