I’m aware there’s actual Metal Gear novels.
Just hoping for novel(s) involving stuff like secret agents, espionage stuff, maybe even some nuclear warheads.
Stand alone novels preferably, but if it is a series, please be one that’s finished.

have you tried tom clancy? the splinter cell books have that same stealth espionage vibe with all the cool military tech stuff.
