I’ve read Evicted and Nickel and Dimed (both were very good) and I wonder if there’s other interesting contemporary theories on dealing with housing shortage, housing costs, and mitigating homelessness. I have a genuine curiosity on what the prevailing solution based thinking might be around this sensitive and complicated subject.
