Looking for A book with a south seas 1930s Adventure vibe.

Think "Tales of the Gold Monkey" (tv show from the 80s), Indiana Jones (I know it's not south seas but adventure wise it's great). Sort of like the Dirk Pitt novels. Pulp novels basically. Thanks!
