I think I’d prefer something with monsters cause I feel like a lot of horrors revolve around religion and like demons but it’s not my favvv trope tbh now this is gonna be a terrible example cause I know now that life of luxury monsters weren’t really realistic but I remember my brother making me watch one of their videos a longgg time ago and it was so scary to me then and I still think it would be scary if it was more realistic it was the one were her son grew every night but like he didn’t even look human anymore he was just like..freakishly long and had receding hair and a pointy tongue also I think the tripe of being watched is kinda scary I remember reading a Reddit story while ago that actually scared me a bit the one of their wife peeking around corners ok I’m just ranting now but I guess something like one of those two or combined would be interesting or just an interesting horror in general cause I kinda suck at picking books my self I always end up looking for too long and being way too indecisive and just don’t get anything in the end..
