I started reading regularly again and noticed most of the books I enjoy are YA fiction. I’m worried it might mean I’m not smart enough for adult books. Back when I was reading more often, about a decade ago, YA books used to be shorter than adult ones, but now it seems that their length has greatly expanded. So, I’m not clear on what sets them apart these days. What’s the difference between them now?
