don’t recommend the picture of dorian gray… trust me I’ve TRIED to read it twice and I can’t physically bring myself to finish it. I find it so boring, unfortunately. and I don’t think it’s even relatively similar to TSH or IWWWV
the book just needs to have a male protagonist student that adorns some similance of homosexuality, preferably towards a friend of his. I don’t really care for ambiguous homosexuality like in TSH, and I prefer it being more blatant in IWWWV, but not TOO blanant..? I guess? i dont want it to be a character trait (i think its more relatable if their feelings are repressed). I would also prefer if the book isn’t set in modern day. any time from 1960-2000 is preferable. I also won’t read any fantasy novel, so I’m not looking for suggestions with fantasy elements
so please, any suggestion would be so greatly appreciated
