I've been obsessed with weird, gory, strange books these days and need recommendations (but not the TikTok 'weird girl' books…I find they try too hard to be edgy). I love a book that makes me reflect about society and sticks with you.
My favorites:
Earthlings, Cursed Bunny, The Lamb, Hunger.
Didn't love:
Never Let Me Go (it felt a bit slow), The Vegetarian (made me feel uncomfortable).
Please help a girl out! I don't know which book to turn to next!!
