I am currently trying to explore the sci-fi genre. For now, I've read and loved:
Mickey 7
Antimatter Blues (sequel)
Project Hail Mary.
From those three books I've read, I noticed that I like sci-fi books that are slightly comedic and I guess, have a friendly alien character as well.
I particularly like the science explanations in Project Hail Mary and the friendships and exploration of a new planet in Mickey 7 and Antimatter Blues. I would love recommendations of books similar to the three.
