As much as I love Madeline Miller and enjoyed the pain of SOA, I can't help but find their characters a little too flat. Figures from Greek Mythology tend to be very grey in nature, and I enjoy reading works that does show their flaws in a well-capture manner. I have been desperate for any other works that features Patroclus and Achilles in a more psychological light. I am an avid reader of LGBTQ+ literature and haven't been able to find works that features a non-s*xualized manner. I have been looking for good works based of the said pair and I really need help.
