I’m a daughter of immigrants and it is really hard learning social things from them. For example, the concept of friends being jealous, the ways people categorize their friends (mailbox, living room, park friends based on closeness), how to think and succeed in a workplace, hosting advice. Just basically a book that has a lot of real world social advice from a motherly or grandma figure based in the US.
