With the trailer for the new Masters of the Universe movie dropping I'm having a big nostalgia spike for 1980s cartoons. Especially the action-heavy ones that laugh at genre boundaries and freely blend science fiction and fantasy into a frenetic, high-action story. But, I want that as a novel.
I'm looking for something that's novella or short novel length, say 40-60,000 words max. Or about 250 pages max.
