I’ve just finished the silent patient and I absolutely loved it.
Does anyone have any good recommendations for similar books with a good twist or an unreliable narrator? I love psychological thrillers so anything that’s a bit creepy is also very welcome!

Atonement by Ian McEwan. Not creepy, but damn the twist.
Spider by Patrick McGrath
If you liked The Silent Patient, you might enjoy The Girl on the Train or Gone Girl both have that unreliable narrator + twisty psychological vibe. Also Behind Her Eyes if you want something really unexpected.
I’m thinking of ending things. It is a tossip in whether you’ll like or hate – it seems to engender strong feelings.
The Good Girl by Mary Kubica
Leaving Time by Jody Picoult
The Other by Thomas Tryon
Pale Fire — Nabokov
The last house on needless street
Seconding Pale Fire by Nabokov and would also rec any of A Pale View of Hills, The Remains of the Day, or When We Were Orphans by Kazuo Ishiguro.
Notes on a Scandal by Zoë Heller.
Pale Fire and The Book of the New Sun
None of This is True by Lisa Jewell
Sometimes I Lie by Alice Feeney.
