All these news stories about AI honestly made me a bit uneasy, so I wanted to understand it better. Over the last few months I ended up reading a few books on artificial intelligence, and here are some that I think are really worth reading:
Nexus by Yuval Harari
The Coming Wave by Mustafa Suleyman
Superintelligence by Nick Bostrom
AI 2041 by Kai-Fu Lee
The Alignment Problem by Brian Christian
The Father We Never Had: Artificial Intelligence Before and After by Bolocan Cristian Daniel
The one that gave me the most goosebumps was The Father We Never Had, mainly because some of its ideas felt a little too close to what is already starting to happen.
What AI books would you recommend?
