“Sylvia Path For Men” Books about, in some type of way, depressive young men? Kinda like “Beautiful Boy” by David Sheff

I’ve read about Nic Sheff ( the boy from the movie beautiful Boy) from his and his dad’s biographies. It doesn’t have to be an autobiography or biography. It’s a biography revolving his drug additions and mental health. I would like it to lean more into a Kurt cobain type of guy versus a star athlete. Preferably in late teens to early 20s. I’m after relatableness, so the time period can be non modern age, just has to maintain its identifiability. Thanks!!!
