Looking for Roguish Fantasy

Hello! I'm looking for suggestions on fantasy novels that heavily feature thieves, rogues, or assassins in groups. I'm absolutely itching for it but I can't seem to get the confidence to pick anything up.

I'm looking for a book or series that is like the Thieves Guild in Skyrim, and the closest books I can think of like this are the Queen of Thieves books by Andy Peloquin. My dream book right now would be following a thieves guild through many decades, but I doubt it exists and I've got realistic expectations.

HOWEVER, ironically, I really dislike "heist" plots. It's okay if it has one, I'll still read it, but I would prefer one without!

ALSO, please don't recommend me Six of Crows or the Atlas Six.
