Suggest me a book that could help me deal with grief
I recently lost someone I loved and I’m looking for something to read to deal with the grief. I would really appreciate the suggestions, I just really need something that would help me process what’s happening.
Cheryl Strayed addresses grief somewhat in her book Tiny Beautiful Things. I’ve heard that C.S. Lewis’s A Grief Observed is good too, though I have not read that one. This video from Emma McAdam (counselor) and a guest speaker who is a grief counselor is very good.
I’m sorry for your loss.

I was given a book when I lost my mom that really helped me. Healing After Loss by Martha W. Hickman. I am so sorry for your loss.
