I'm trying to get into poetry but I'm not sure where to start. I'd love to read poetry that's existential, deals with heavy themes, or is emotionally resonant. For reference my favorite author is Toni Morrison and I know prose is not poetry but I love what her writing evokes in me and the way it makes me think.
