not sure what to call the title of this post so bare with me,,, i really want to get more into reading but im stuck on what to read. i enjoy japanese literature and own a few books (my favorite is if cats disappeared from the world). im a big fan of anything thats magical realism or dark fantasy. im looking for a book that has those elements and feels almost like a ghibli movie. i prefer short books (anything around 100-200 pages or slightly more) and books that you can get lost in. i dont have any specifics for plots but that the book has elements of magical realism. hopefully someone will see the vision lol this was really hard to explain for some reason. i know what i want but i cant describe it or put it into words but yeah 👻👻
