helloo i recently got back into reading again with george orwells "1984". it's really captivating and i'm almost done reading, so now i'm looking for other books that are similar like this, so i can further educate myself on that topic.
(if by any chance someone has a german book recommendation for that, please let me know too!! if not – english is fine! i will just try to find a german version of it then because i have read 1984 in english and since it's not my native language i sometimes have a hard time understanding things :D)

I don’t usually recommend the “bigger” ones, which BNV definitely is, because they’re constantly mentioned but I also think BNV is the lesser talked about but better dystopia compared to 1984.
