Looking for a book about women and sweatshops in India, fiction or non-fiction.

I'm writing my own fiction book and one of my protagonists worked in a sweatshop as a child. As I've never been to India, or worked in a sweatshop, and I'm not a woman, I'd really like a book or two to read so I can be more authentic in my writing for her.
