I'm currently reading the Dune saga (all the six books in one volume) I would like something more light (easy to read) and not as complicated.

    Could be any genre.

As an example I've enjoyed Assassin's apprentice from Robin Hodd.

    Any suggestions?

man i feel you, dune can be heavy as hell 😂 maybe try the first law trilogy by joe abercrombie – it’s fantasy but way more straightforward than herbert’s stuff and has some dark humor that keeps things moving. or if you want something completely different, andy weir’s project hail mary is sci-fi but reads like a fun adventure rather than dense world-building
