Hi, I'm 'new' to the book world and after Heated Rivalry, the Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood and years of mostly short fanfics I would love a book or too for my summer holiday with a bookish friend of mine.
I have some wishes that's booktok vids doesn't really help ​​- so maybe you can? 🙂
– most important: third person narrator. I don't really like first person POV
– would love mm, but hetero is also fine
– no fantasy, modern world or something like Bridgerton Time 🙂
– favorite tropes: fake dating, enemies-to-lovers, forced proximity, friends-to-enemies — i love fanfics where something happens to one of the characters too, so hurt/comfort (no self harm/heavy mental issues), but it's not a must
– no dark romance, or something like grey area morals, mafia or something
– just cute and wholesome and/or a bit smut, but not to spicy (so I can read it in public)
– would love something summer-ish or something where the season doesn't really matter. Sport romance is okay, but maybe not ice hockey 😉

I have 'Deep End' by Ali Hazelwood so far. But maybe you have something different than Sport Romance or other authors 🙂
