I’m in some serious need of recommendations. I finished reading The Neapolitan Quartet (of which My Brilliant Friend is the first and most famous book) in February and I haven’t been able to pick up reading again.
Those 4 novels are the most exhilarating, beautiful, interesting thing my eyes have ever read. I could not put them down and I still think about the main characters.
Next on my pile was Sally Rooney, but she’s just been sitting and waiting for me. I tried to go the non fiction way with some good old Susan Sontag, but that also didn’t work.
Any recommendations??
