Hi all! Inspired by one of the posts about book recommendations while visiting Japan, I’ll be doing the 5 day Kumano Kudo hike which is an ancient pilgrimage trail in the Wakayama prefecture in Japan. Lots of forests, cobblestone paths, traditional villages and onsens. Haven’t really dabbled in Japanese fiction before so I figured this would be the perfect time for it! Looking for translated Japanese fiction that fits the vibe, thank you!
