When I was in middle school, I was absolutely obsessed with the Young Elites and Legend trilogies. Some other books I enjoyed were Carve the Mark by Veronica Roth and I also LOVED Renegades by Marissa Meyers. I’m super excited for VE Schwab’s Victorious which comes out in October, as I loved that series when I was younger. Now I’m about a decade older and want something I can really escape into that is a tad more mature or higher stakes. I loved the premises of these different fantasy/sci-fi universes and how I felt truly transported into them. I also loved Scythe!!
