I’m looking for something that’s not necessarily “easy” to read, but still worth it
A book that makes you feel a bit uneasy, question things, or see situations from a different angle
Have you read something that made you uncomfortable but stuck with you?
What made it worth reading anyway?

Crime and punishment is a tough ride. 1 for its old language (there are modernized shorter versions if you don’t want to read 20 paragraphs every time someone talks) but it ultimately questions how subjective being “good” is and how we change our definition of what’s okay based on our own bias towards ourselves in certain situations. it also questions the concept of being special, and how every man feels that he is destined for greatness.
